The home is the best
“You need minced meat for homemade sausages. If you don’t have your own grinder, you can buy it already done in the store. It also contains antibiotics, but not as much as semi -finished products,” says Mrs. Jana, who liked the recipe for home sausages. The procedure is simple: in the meat grinder, can be ¾ kg of pork neck, ¼ kg of bacon and 4 cloves of garlic. Scratch the resulting mixture into a bowl, season with 17 g of salt, ½ teaspoon of pepper. Then add 3 tablespoons of water, 3 tablespoons of marjoram and 2 tablespoons of caraway that you crushed in the mortar. Do you have? Leave the resulting mixture to rest for half an hour in the fridge.
Junk for the whole family
You can easily prepare the sausage in a baking bag by cutting it on one side.
“Use the sausages to use the elastic kitchen foil, which is extremely resistant to high temperatures. Try to tie both sausages firmly and tighten the packaging to drag over the mass mixture,” recommends Jana. And you’re done!
