Chairman of the commission that accompanied, Paulo Miranda rebates the criticism of state deputy Marina Helou (SP) and says that the minister’s allies (environment) seek subterfuge to try to invalidate the result.

Miranda states that there are tens of thousands of documents that would prove the fairness and transparency of the process, including the municipal, state and the national phase conferences.
“There were more than 7,000 affiliates and affiliates who participated in this process, which the minority would like to see invalidated,” he argues. “They presented dozens of lawsuits, clearly litigating in bad faith and trying to induce judges and judges to error with partial and fallacious arguments. So far, the truth has prevailed, and all attempts to obstruction have been fruitless.”
Miranda also speaks of despair to try to prevent the imminent defeat and states that this led to the “boycott of payment to the suppliers of the event, with the refusal of discharge by the treasurer, who also holds the position of chief of staff of Deputy Túlio Gadêlha, part of the same political group. This boycott was also barred in court.”
