Another fact that has been well-written by the military is the progress of the Proposed Amendment to the Constitution (PEC) of predictability in Congress. Army Day is celebrated on April 19 and alludes to the 1st Battle of Guararapes in Pernambuco in 1648, when inhabitants of various ethnic groups came together in the effort to combat foreign invaders.
