The baby is the simplest in the world, a rapid cake with pears. You don’t even need a mixer to prepare it. Just combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix and it’s ready. You can do that if you have really little time. If you can spend more than just a moment, add ingredients in turn, and sift the flour to the mass through a strainer to avoid the risk that lumps will form. Then you need to bake and cool the dough, and before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar for a better taste and beautiful decoration.

Ingredients:
- 2-3 pears,
- 3 eggs,
- 180 ml of natural yogurt,
- 90 ml of sunflower oil,
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract,
- 100 g cukru,
- 350 g of wheat flour (+ for sprinkling pears),
- 1½ teaspoon of baking powder,
- powdered sugar (for decoration).
Method of performance:
1) Observe all the ingredients removed from the fridge to room temperature.
2) Combine eggs and yogurt in a large bowl. Add oil, vanilla extract and sugar. Briefly mix or mix with a spatula to a homogeneous mass – to combine the ingredients and dissolve sugar.
3) Sift flour and baking powder to the mass. Mix again to combine the ingredients.
4) Peel pears and remove the seed nests from them. Cut into cubes. Sprinkle with flour and mix into the dough.
5) Liberate and sprinkle with a breadcrumbs cake with a diameter of 22 cm. Pour the dough into it.
6) Put the dough in the oven preheated to 180 ° C. Bake for about 50 minutes (to the so -called dry stick).
7) Cool the dough in form. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
