Vice-chief of the Council of Europe received Serbian protest cyclists

Strasbourg-One day after their arrival in Strasbourg, Serbian cyclists protested against human rights violations in Serbia were received by the Vice Secretary-to-Secretary of the Council of Europe, Bjørn Berge.
