Mayor Tião Bocalom, during his participation in the podcast On the scenein Contilnet studios, on Tuesday afternoon (15), he spoke about the houses of the program 1001 Dignidades, revealing the probable date of delivery of properties to benefited families.
During the participation in the Contilnet podcast, Bocalom said the deliveries should be made between September and October, later this year 2025.

“We are using woods that were going to turn fire, such as timber residues. Of course you can’t make a big piece, but little piece can be done, and we are doing. We are executing and, God willing, until October this year we can raise these houses,” said the mayor.
Bocalom also states that actions such as this cause turmoil among opposition politicians, as, according to him, former managers did not know how to take care of public money and, therefore, past management faced difficulties.
“It’s that story: they couldn’t take good care of money. We’re taking care, we show that it has,” he said.
“They never gave uniform to the children. They never gave breakfast to children in schools. They had stopped the popular restaurant two years ago. It is the same class that criticizes today, which makes the mayor about the criticism he receives, making a counterpoint that the gaps left by previous managers were filled by their administration.
The mayor also states that, in addition to the delivery of houses to the population, the 1001 Dignity Program has become a reference in sustainability, due to the reuse of wood and also the waste of housing construction.
“Because we are using woods that were going to turn fire. What’s left of that wood, we won’t let it burn. We crushed to make fertilizer and deliver to family farming. The other day, Petrobras people were visiting us here, and they went to meet the project 1001 dignities. They were delighted with the project, ”he said.
