Ingredients:

  • 500 g of minced pork meat,
  • zucchini,
  • red pepper,
  • yellow pepper,
  • 2 tomatoes,
  • 100 ml of poultry broth,
  • 500 ml of tomato passage,
  • A small can of red beans,
  • a spoon of tomato concentrate,
  • half a teaspoon of marjoram,
  • half a teaspoon of ground sweet pepper,
  • half a teaspoon of ground smoked peppers,
  • half a teaspoon of thyme,
  • Salt and pepper.

Method of performance:

Heat a little oil in a pot with a thick bottom. Add minced meat and fry until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper. Stir from time to time.

Wash the zucchini and cut into medium -sized cubes. Clean the peppers from the seed nests and also cut. Burn the tomatoes, peel and cut into smaller pieces. Keep the juice that get out of them later.

Add chopped vegetables to fried meat. Mix and fry for a few minutes. Salt and gray. Pour the hot broth. Boil. Then pour in the tomato passata and season with sweet and smoked peppers, as well as marjoram and thyme. Cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
