Judge Guilherme December, of the 44th Civil Court of São Paulo, determined the attachment of 15% of donations and contributions made by affiliates and sympathizers to the São Paulo State Directory.
The decision was made in a lawsuit in which the party was ordered to pay a debt calculated at $ 1.4 million with the analytical company, Amaral & Associados Communication.
The attachment reaches the transfers of the statutory contribution collection system, which receives the contributions of party affiliates.
The action was opened by the communication company after the board did not comply, in 2014, with the payment of installments provided for in a press office service contract.
The PT defended itself in the action by stating that it had made a verbal agreement with those responsible for the company to deduct the debt.

With this, he said, there was an event that unbalanced the economic base, which would be a reason for the contract readjustment.
The court has not accepted the argument and there is no possibility of appeal regarding the merit.
As the PT did not make the payment anyway, the attachment was determined on April 1st.
