- 160 g of flour;

Cake:
- 280 g of flour;

Preparation method:

- In the meantime, you can deal with dried apricots. They should be chopped into small pieces and then mixed with raisins. Everything still has to be scalded with boiling water to make it softer and finally drain.
- After an hour and a half, we divide the dough into two parts – two cakes will be created. We roll out them into quite thin rectangles. We grease them with warm butter and sprinkle with previously prepared dried apricots and raisins.
- Each of the rectangles is thoroughly wrapped in a roll, which we then cut in half without cutting completely. Then turn the “snail” dough with a cut, forming a dough up.
- Put the ready dough in a fairly high cake tin lined with baking paper. Set aside for about 10 minutes to grow a little more. Then bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for about 25-35 minutes. We control the baking condition from time to time – the dough should be nicely browned. Then we bake a second cake in the same way.
