Indicated by the Federal Police for involvement in an alleged scheme of fraud in sports competitions, Ludymilla Araújo Lima, sister -in -law of striker Bruno Henrique, reported being threatened by her husband, Wander Nunes Pinto Junior, brother of the player, who charged the receipt of the money from a fraudulent bet made with her data.
The movement, considered suspicious by the bethan betting house, generated a warning of possible fraud and led to the blockade of R $ 1,180.67, being the initial amount of R $ 380.86. The operator claimed that an investigation would be conducted and that the amount would remain blocked until the calculation is completed.
According to the PF survey, Ludymilla had an account created on his name on the platform on October 31, 2023, hours before the match between Flamengo and Santos, in which Bruno Henrique would force a yellow card in order to benefit gamblers involved in the scheme.
The account, with the user “Ludy.alima”, was recorded and used on the same day. Ludymilla’s mobile message history indicates that the account was created by Wander, using unauthorized wife’s data.

In the days following the game, Ludymilla began to receive insistent messages from Wander demanding the login and password of the account, claiming that he needed to withdraw the money. She refused, saying she would not pass the data until the end of the operator’s investigation.
In conversation with her mother, Alessandra de Fátima Vieira, the investigated revealed that she received an email from Betano stating that the payment was suspended on suspicion of fraud.
The PF considers that the account was created with the exclusive purpose of making the investigated bet and sees evidence that Ludymilla was aware of illegal practice.
In messages exchanged with the mother, She reports being threatened and showed fear of being arrested: “It’s threatening me for an account that is in my name. It’s not a man to come here when you are. You used my CPF to make that bet there, in a little while I will. It’s my data. This train is under investigation.”
According to her, Wander even forced the gate of his residence To charge the bet money, which made her ask him to be accompanied when he returned to seek his belongings. At the time, the two were separated and undergoing marital problems.

In another conversation revealed by the investigation, Ludymilla tells Wander that if the money were released, he would be as a pension of his children: “If money there is pension by the boys! […] And if the money does not fall, because it is my login, I’m calling Denis and Bruno tomorrow, ”referring to his brother’s businessman.
Betano confirmed that it blocked payment by identifying abnormal movements, such as the use of newly created accounts, all directed to the bet that Bruno Henrique would carry a card. The standard was repeated with other family members and friends of the player, which reinforced the suspicion of “spot-fixing”-when a specific aspect of a match is manipulated, without necessarily changing the end result.
The Federal Police concluded that Ludymilla was aware of the illicit character of the bet. The investigation points out that she participated directly in the fraud by maintaining the possession of the account and conditioning the transfer of the data at the end of the Betano calculation, even knowing that the money was of doubtful origin.
In addition to Ludymilla and Wander, nine others, including Bruno Henrique himself, are investigated. All were indicted for the crimes of sports fraud (art. 200 of the General Law of Sport) and estelionato (art. 171 of the Penal Code).
