The novel The lime works By Thomas Bernhard appeared in 1970 and is about a man, Konrad who, with his physically dependent wife in the forest, has withdrawn into a lime plant to write a treatise on tones. The French director Séverine Chavrier, who heads the Comédie de Genèvein in Switzerland, shows one of her work in Austria for the first time. The game is played in French with Germans.
