The Public Health Authority (ÚVZ) of the Slovak Republic advises to avoid the pressure from “perfect holidays” during Easter. He recommends the free days to recharge forces, for example, in nature, to meet with loved ones or time for yourself. This stems from the recommendations provided by the TASR Department of the ÚVZ communication.
“As you fill the time during the holidays, it only depends on you. You can meet loved ones, go into nature or be in silence and find a moment for yourself to recharge. Treat yourself to a quality sleep that is the basis of mental well -being. Do not forget the balanced diet and enough movement in the fresh air, ”the office said.
It advises to take advantage of free time to strengthen relationships with loved ones. Instead of meeting an interior, it is good to plan a meeting in the fresh air. “It’s healthy, pleasant, with lots of benefits,” He noted ÚVZ. He pointed out that, for example, young and older will enjoy a walk and can choose any place or difficulty. “It can be a short walk on the park, a quiet walk with a family or even a more demanding trip with friends who like to do sports,” noted.
In addition, he noted that people often feel more relaxed and more open, which can lead to better and more natural conversations. It also reminds that walking helps to improve mood, reduces stress and promotes overall health. “Spending time outdoors is also more aware of the beauty of nature and the importance of its protection,” added ÚVZ.
