A 15 -year -old elementary school pupil in Nitra, who threatened his classmates with shooting, remains in custody. The Nitra Regional Court dismissed the complaint against the decision of the District Court Nitra. He decided on April 5 on preventive custody. The accused, the legal representative and the defense counsel filed a complaint against the court’s decision, said the court spokeswoman Lena Kiradžiev. Mynitra was the first to inform.

A pupil of the eighth grade of the elementary school in Hôrka in Nitra, who has the status of a refugee from Ukraine, is accused of dangerous threats. He threatened his classmates by shooting in early April during the break after the first lesson. He told them he would bring his father’s weapon out of the house.

The children informed the class teacher, who informed the incident to the school head. The director then contacted the police. She arrested the pupil right at school and started prosecution for dangerous threats. After the incident, the school excluded the pupil from school with immediate effect.
