The regulatory part is with Anatel, while most investments depend on a fund managed by BNDES. Actions such as the concession of radio and TV stations no longer have the appeal of yore.
In addition, the future minister would be less than a year in office, as it would have to disincompact in early April, to compete in the 2026 election. There would be no long time, therefore, to leave any mark.
