Jelly This is a dessert to which you need to stock up on a few jelly flavors. What colors will be in your jelly “dough” depends on you. We recommend a combination of yellow lemon jelly, the one in orange, pink raspberry, and green with gooseberry or kiwi. Milk, gelatin and sugar will be useful to make a white layer. Be sure to coat in coconut flakes. This dessert will definitely conquer the hearts of the youngest household members, it will undoubtedly also taste large gourmands.

This dessert will come out well in a 32×25 cm form. You will need a jelly to prepare jelly:

  • 1 lemon jelly (yellow),
  • 1 orange jelly,
  • 1 raspberry (pink) jelly,
  • 1 gooseberry jelly or with flavor kiwi (green),
  • 300 ml of water for each jelly,
  • 30 g cukru,
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar,
  • 3 tablespoons of gelatin + 300 ml of water,
  • 500 ml of milk,
  • Coconut flakes.

Boil water to make it boiling. Pour each jelly into a different bowl. Pour them with water (300 ml for each). Mix well.

Prepare a form about 32×25 cm. Put it with cling film. Pour the orange jelly, which will be still liquid. Put in the fridge for 15 minutes. Set the remaining jellies to cool, but not complete concentration.

In a pot, boil the milk with both sugars. Set aside to cool.
