Löwen (Leuven) – Remco Evenepoel succeeded in the perfect return to racing on Good Friday, four and a half months after his difficult training fall. The Belgian cyclist and double Olympic champion of Paris won the arrow of Brabant after 162.6 kilometers in Overijse in front of his compatriot Wout van Aert. The two locals had attacked 50 kilometers before the finish line and arrived in the Brussels suburb with a 27 second lead.
