Ford Motor suspended the shipments of its SUVs, pickup trucks and sports cars to China in the wake of tariffs imposed by US President Donald Trump, the Wall Street Journal said on Friday, citing people familiar with the matter.

The company suspended this week the shipments of its F-150 Raptors, Mustang and Bronco SUVs, made of Michigan, as well as Lincoln Navigators, made in Kentucky to China, according to the report.

China’s retaliatory rates in response to US import taxes caused these vehicles to face a rate of up to 150%.
