After three months of the government of President Donald Trump in the United States, 50% of Brazilians consider that their trade policies are damaging the Brazilian economy, according to an ipsos-Ipec survey released on Friday, 18.

Already those who believe that the decisions of the Republican are not negatively affecting Brazil and those who do not know or do not respond are tied, with 25% each.

Still in the economic perspective, the perception that management is harmful to Brazil is even greater among those who voted for President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva in 2022 (58%), although among former President Jair Bolsonaro voters the perception also corresponds to the relative majority, with 43%.
