Shortly before the departure of Ramón official, Corinthians made contact with Dorival. Dorival left the Brazilian team in March.
With tickets for Sao Paulo, Santos, Palmeiras and Flamengo, among other Brazilian football teams, the coach was recently sought by Fluminense, but did not accept the proposal.
