Rice quinoa is also called Quinoa differently. These are pseudo -bodies that have many health -promoting properties. It is rich in protein, fiber, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and fatty acids. Therefore, it provides the body with many ingredients necessary for its proper functioning. Her regular food can support the systems: circulation, digestive, nervous and immune. It is also worth knowing, however, that due to the content of quinoa starch, rice is quite caloric. 100 grams of Quinoa is about 370 kcal.

Ingredients:
- a glass of quinoa,
- a glass of water,
- eggplant,
- zucchini,
- 2 white onions,
- 2 tomatoes,
- 2 tablespoons of oil,
- a spoon of lemon juice,
- Salt and pepper.

- 2 tablespoons of balsamic sauce,
- a teaspoon of honey,
- clove of garlic,
- Salt and pepper.
Method of performance:
Rinse the rice quinoa, and then pour water in a saucepan. Cook for about 12-15 minutes. Set aside under the lid so that the water is absorbed.
Cut the eggplant and zucchini into slices about a centimeter thick. Peel and cut the onions into thick rings. Tomatoes cross -section for eights.
Place all vegetables in a bowl, add oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix so that they are well covered with marinade.
Heat a grill or grill pan. Fry the vegetables on both sides after about 3-4 minutes until they are softened and grill stripes appear on them. Grill tomatoes slightly shorter – about 1-2 minutes, skin down.
In a bowl, mix olive oil, balsamic sauce, honey and garlic squeezed through Prague. Season with salt and pepper, then mix thoroughly so that the ingredients combine.
Arrange the grilled vegetables on the platter, and then sprinkle with quinoa. Pour the sauce.
