The body of student Bruna Oliveira da Silva, 28, will be buried this Saturday (19).
The funeral began around 8am at Vila Carmosina Cemetery. The burial will occur in the same cemetery.
Bruna has been missing since last Sunday (13). That day she was at her boyfriend’s house in Butantã, west of São Paulo. At about 10 pm, she took the subway to her home in Itaquera (east zone), where she intended to find her 7 -year -old son with her grandfather.
Upon arriving at the Itaquera terminal, Bruna carried her cell phone in a newspaper board and asked her boyfriend a transfer via Pix to request an application car to go home, because it was late. The amount was transferred, but Bruna did not use the service.
The last message she received was at 10:30 pm, and her last online activity at WhatsApp was at 10:21 pm. After that, Bruna’s cell phone discharged and there was no more contact.
Bruna’s body was found at the back of a parking lot near Fatec Itaquera, in the east of São Paulo. A, according to delegate Ivalda Aleixo responsible for the case.
The case is being investigated with priority by the Department of Homicide and Person Protection (DHPP). The delegate mentioned that the initial treatment of the case as suspicious death and the delay in communication to DHPP impaired the analysis of the crime scene. Complementary expert examinations were requested from the Forensic Medical Institute (IML).

Bruna Oliveira da Silva attended a degree in Leisure and Tourism at USP and later joined the Graduate Program in Social Change and Political Participation.
The direction of the institution expressed regret for the death of Bruna.
