Easter is a time of joy, family meetings and flavors that you remember from your childhood. However, you don’t have to spend hours in the kitchen to prepare something delicious. This Easter salad with eggs is a real hit – not only pleases the eye with the colors of spring, but also impresses with traditional taste. Ready in just 15 minutes, it fits perfectly with classic Christmas dishes – From Żurek, to baked meats.
Most importantly – you can prepare it even just before the holiday breakfast. The ingredients are easily accessible and the salad does not require biting. It is also great as a “take -out” dish if you are going to visit. Its versatility and effective appearance will make it will become a regular visitor of the Easter table.
One larger bowl is enough to prepare this express salad For mixing, a bowl for preparing the sauce, chopping board and a sharp knife to quickly cut the ingredients.
Salad ingredients:
- 5 eggs (including one for decoration);
- 150 g of canned peas;
- 150 g of yellow cheese;
- 150 g of the preserve pubs;
- 1 red onion;
- a bunch of radishes;
- A small bunch of dill.
Sauce ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of thick yogurt;
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise;
- 1 teaspoon of horseradish;
- 1 tablespoon of mustard;
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation:
Cook the eggs hard, cool, and peel. Cut the four eggs into cubes, leave one for decoration. Cut the ham, cheese and radishes into cubes. Cut the onion into thin feathers. Finally, throw everything into one bowl and add drained peas.
In a separate bowl, mix the ingredients for the sauce. Season to taste. Combine the ingredients with the sauce, mix gently. Transfer to a clean bowl, decorate with slices of eggs, dill and radish. Salad is ready, tasty!
