A delegate verbally assaulted an application deliveryman last Wednesday (16) in Belém, Pará. The confusion would have started due to the refusal of the delivery, Tiago Assunção, to climb to the delegate’s apartment, Kari Grazielle, to deliver the meal.
According to Tiago, he stood at the condominium concierge due to the rules of the platform. “It is not allowed us to enter the condominium, much less that climb to the apartment,” explained the delivery man.
The moment Kari Grazielle came down to the ordinance the discussion would have begun. “She already came with a tone of arrogance, saying that she paid the order and that it was to deliver at the door of her house, not to the condominium concierge,” says the delivery.
According to Tiago, the delivery was not made as a code is needed to finalize the delivery. “The way she was there, I couldn’t ask for the code,” said Tiago.

The delegate’s defense note states that Grazielle has received several threats from other deliveries besides one of the condominium. He gathered several motorcyclists in front of the building, which generated a situation of fear and vulnerability for the delegate, who had to seek shelter with a neighbor for being shaken and in unstable emotional state, says the note.
Both involved registered an occurrence report on the case.
The Pará Civil Police reported that the institution’s Corregedoria is already aware of the fact and has established an administrative procedure to investigate the conduct of the server.
