Israeli attacks have not left at least two dead and two injured on Sunday (20), according to the Lebanese National News Agency (NNA). An attack with two missiles was recorded in the city of Houla, in Marjeyoun, south of the country, and another land attack against a car occurred in Kawthariyeh al-Sayyad. The vehicle was from the Lebanese army and was hit by an explosion with unlimited circumstances, which left seven soldiers injured, according to the country’s Civil Defense.
The Israeli army stated in a statement to have killed Hussein Ali, whom he described as the deputy chief of Hezbollah unit 4400. According to Israel, Nasr helped smuggle weapons and funds for Lebanon through “Iranian agents”, including Beirut Airport.
Since the end of the ceasefire between and, Israeli air strikes have killed dozens of people in Lebanon, including civilians and members of the Hezbollah paramilitary group. The Israeli government claims to target Hezbollah strongholds in southern Lebanon. Hezbollah leader Naim Kassem said on Friday (18) that his combatants will not disarm as long as Israeli troops remain in southern Lebanon and the Israeli Air Force regularly violate Lebanese airspace.
