You can prepare caramel for this recipe in two ways: classicsweet cream or with the addition of salt, i.e. replace karmel. Start by preparing the dough for tart. Put a tablespoon of sour cream in a bowl, 130 g of cold and chopped butter, yolks, sifted flour and powdered sugar and a pinch of salt. Quickly knead to combine the ingredientsform in a ball, wrap in cling film and Put in the fridge for a minimum of an hour. Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Put the dough on a tart mold, sub -tone the edges and prick with a fork. Bake for 20 minutesuntil slightly browned. Take it out of the oven and set aside to cool.

When the dough cools down, prepare caramel mass with nuts. Chop hazelnuts. For a clean and dry pan (or saucepan), a spill of sugar and heat without mixing until caramel is formed.
