Ingredients:
- 3 apples slightly acidic;
- 150 g of flour;
- 70 g of melted butter;
- 60 ml of water;
- 3 tablespoons of erythritol;
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder;
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon;
- A pinch of salt.
Preparation:
To make an apple pie in Airfryer, first peel apples and cut them into cubes. Then mix the flour, baking powder, erythritol, cinnamon and salt in a bowl.
In the next step, add melted butter and water to the bowl. Mix the whole thoroughly – a homogeneous, thick mass must be created, which can be spread.
On the bottom of the silicone or ceramic mold, pour half the mass, put apples on it and cover them with the rest of the dough. We bake the apple pie in 160 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
