Zelenski reveals live the goal of Putin and puts NATO on alert: "There will be no safe place"

The Ukrainian president, Volodimir Zelenski, has reported early 59 new Russian bombings and five assault operations by Russian units in different parts of the front, despite the announcement of the president of Russia, Vladimir Putin, of a brief “humanitarian” truce on the occasion of Easter.

“In several directions of the front, 59 Russian bombings and five assaults of Russian units have already been registered (…). Everywhere, our warriors respond as corresponds to the enemy, according to the specific combat situation,” explained the president in the social network X, after receiving the last situation report. “Ukraine will continue to act symmetrically,” he added.

According to this report, the confrontations and aggressions of tonight have concentrated on the localities of Starobilsk, Donetsk, Pokrovske, Novopavlivske and Zaporiyia, where “enemy has carried out dozens of drone attacks.”

“In general, from the morning of Easter, we can affirm that the Russian army tries to create the general impression of a high fire, while in some areas are isolated attempts to move forward and cause casualties in Ukraine,” added the Ukrainian President, while he has urged Russia to “fully comply with the conditions of the high fire.”

“Ukraine’s proposal to implement and extend the high fire for 30 days after midnight is still on the table. We will act according to the real situation on the ground,” he said.

This announcement comes after Putin announced this Saturday, unilaterally, a brief pause in hostilities in Ukraine on the occasion of the commemorations of Easter and with the purpose of calibrating the “sincerity” of the kyiv government in the face of possible peace negotiations.

Putin warned, however, that the Russian military had to “be prepared to repel any possible violation of the high fire, any provocation of the enemy, any of its aggressive actions.” “We hope that the Ukrainian part will follow our example,” he added.

However, in a first reaction to the 30 -hour Russian truce, Zelenski denounced the detection of unmanned aircraft Russian attacks “in the heavens of the country.”
