They will also provide fiber, improving the work of bowel as well as vitamins and minerals, affecting better appearance and well -being. It should be remembered that the dates are caloric, so do not overdo them with their portion – 4-5 pieces are a daily dose of fruit.
Ingredients:
- 300 ml of vegetable or ordinary milk,
- 50 g of oatmeal,
- 5 average dates,
- Little pear,
- a handful of hazelnuts,
- a teaspoon of ground linseed,
- a teaspoon of cocoa,
- Dark chocolate cube.

Pour a few tablespoons of milk and dissolve cocoa in it. Boil the rest in a saucepan together with oatmeal, diced pear and chopped dates.
When the porridge begins to cook, add cocoa and chocolate cube. Then add linseed and cook everything for a while. Mix until the desired consistency is obtained.
Chop hazelnuts. Decorate the ready porridge with nuts or other favorite additions. You can also eat porridge with a little peanut butter.
