Sour soup, cakes, eggs, sausages – almost everyone has something left after Easter. Most of these dishes could have already eaten, but the remains are not worth throwing away. They can be safely used for other dishes, and some simply freeze.

First of all, they are all cookies, cheesecake and grandmothers. These sweets can be freezed without any problems. Just pack them tightly and put them in the freezer. They can be freezed in whole or pieces. Cakes are best stored up to a maximum of 6 months. Żurek, even though he could also pass by many, but it can also be freezed. Importantly, we freeze the liquid without additives, e.g. eggs. This type of product can be stored in the freezer for 1-2 months.

Most probably have eggs, from which you can prepare, among others egg paste, you will need:

• 6 cooked eggs
• pickled cucumber,
• 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon of cream 12 percent
• flat teaspoon of mustard
• 70 g of grated cheese
• Salt and pepper to taste

Grind the eggs and combine all the ingredients together, in this way you will get a tasty egg paste to sandwiches. You can also cut them into quarters and use in this form for sandwiches. Baked meat is also best used for sandwiches or add to stew.

• 1 kg of potatoes
• half kg of white sausage
• 2 larger onions
• 4 cloves of garlic (you can also use a minced spice about 2 flat teaspoons).
• 30 grams of yellow cheese
• 200 ml of cream 18 percent
• half a cube of butter
• 2 yolks
• salt, pepper, nutmeg

Cook the peeled potatoes, cool and cut into slices. Fry the chopped onion in butter. Also cut. Prepare the sauce from cream, yolks and grated heart. Season with crushed garlic with a teaspoon of knobs, salt, add half a teaspoon of pepper. Prepare a heat -resistant dish and lubricate it with butter. Then arrange in order: potatoes, onions, sausage. Pour sauce and bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
