Pasta princely salad. The addition of sausage makes it even better

Sometimes it is not known what to eat for breakfast or dinner. No proposal then seems appetizing. Then delicious comes to the rescue The prince’s salad that matches both the morning and evening meal. It is a combination of the favorite flavors of Poles that are so easy to prepare. The dish comes out juicy, full -bodied and full of various ingredients. There is pasta in it, thanks to which it is so filling. The best taste adds sausage to the salad, unique character and crunchiness – shallot and canned cucumbers, and freshness – tomatoes, dressing and parsley. The whole is a balanced composition, perfect for a light but tasty snack.

Ingredients:

  • 200 g of Świderk pasta,
  • 150 g of pork sausage, e.g. Podwawelska,
  • 2 canned cucumbers,
  • can of corn,
  • shallot,
  • 3 cocktail tomatoes for decoration,
  • fresh parsley for decoration,
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise,
  • A spoon of Greek yogurt,
  • Salt and pepper.

Method of performance:

1) Cook al dente in salted water according to the instructions on the packaging. Strain and leave to cool.

2) Cut the sausage into semi -slices. Drain canned cucumbers from the juice, chop them finely. Cut the shallot into small cubes.

3) Drain the corn from the pickle.

4) In a large bowl, combine pasta, sausage, cucumbers, corn and shallot.

5) Add Greek mayonnaise and yogurt, and then mix everything thoroughly. Season the salad to taste with salt and pepper.

6) Decorate the top with cherry tomatoes cut in half and chopped parsley.
