Supreme received the request 41 days ago and decision depends on Minister Alexandre de Moraes; Judgment of former Bolsonaro advisor begins this Thursday (22.abr)
O Poder360 Wait for 41 days authorization from the Minister of (Supreme Federal Court) Alexandre de Moraes to interview the former special advisor to (PL) Filipe Martins. He is suspected of participating in the attempted coup in 2022, as a member of the group that would give operational and legal support to the contract.
The 1st Panel of the Court begins to judge this 3rd (22.ab.2025) the complaint against Martins and 5 people who are part of Nucleus 2, known as the group of “management”.
The request for an interview was filed with the Court on March 12, 2025. In it, this digital newspaper claims that the interview is not unconed to due respect for the imposed precautions (read below which they are) and defends the interview as an object of public interest.
