This group is composed of six individuals: Fernando de Sousa Oliveira, Filipe Garcia Martins Pereira, Marcelo Câmara, Marília Ferreira de Alencar, Mário Fernandes and Silvinei Vasques. To ensure safety during sessions, the Supreme Court will implement an increase in policing and limit access to its dependencies. In total, 34 people were reported, organized in four distinct nuclei. The judgment of “core 4” is scheduled for May 6 and 7, while “Nucleus 3” will be analyzed on May 20 and 21. The last accused, Paulo Renato de Oliveira Figueiredo Filho, has not yet had the date of his judgment defined.

During the trials, the PGR will have a time of 30 minutes to submit their allegations, followed by the defense of the accused. If the complaints are accepted, criminal proceedings will be filed and the defendants will have five days to present their preliminary defenses. The criminal instruction phase will include the hearing of witnesses and the collection of relevant evidence for the case. Upon completion of this phase, the rapporteur of the process will prepare a report and a vote, although there is no stipulated deadline for the completion of this work.
