The (Supreme Federal Court) judges on Tuesday (22) the receipt of the complaint of (Attorney General’s Office) against former director of Silvinei Vasques and the four other people.
The inclusion of the denunciation of the attempted coup d’état in 2022 was a strategy of the Attorney General of the Republic ,. Investigations were made differently by the federal way, and PGR decided to bring together several fronts to make a major accusation.

The group is composed of members of the Bolsonaro government: Fernando de Sousa Oliveira (former director of operations of the Ministry of Justice), Filipe Martins (former presidential advisor), Marcelo Câmara (former presidential advisor), Silvinei Vasques (former director of the PRF), Mário Fernandes (reserve general and ex-number 2 of the General Secretariat) and Marília Alencar (former intelligence of the Ministry of Justice).
Only Silvinei Vasques was interested in accompanying the trial from inside the plenary.
The first class of the Supreme is composed by the ministers Cristiano Zanin, Cármen Lúcia, Luiz Fux and Flávio Dino. In March, they accepted the complaint against the first core of accused in the coup plot, consisting of Bolsonaro and seven others now defendants.
From the second core, the General of Reserve Mário Fernandes, former executive secretary of the General Secretariat of the Presidency, is the one who has the most complicated situation in the Supreme.
The Federal Police found the military documents with planning the murder of President Lula and Vice Geraldo Alckmin (PSB) using military weapons or poisoning at a public event, as well as Moraes.
