The (Supreme Federal Court) determined on Tuesday (22) that the cell phones of lawyers and journalists accompany the being sealed.
The decision was made by the ministers of the minister. The justification presented was the breach of court rules at the session in which (PL) became a defendant, with people filming the former president’s entry into the board.

Filipe Martins follows the trial in person, as did Bolsonaro on the first day of trial. On Monday (21), Minister Alexandre de Moraes prohibited photos or videos of former Bolsonaro advisor during his stay in Brasilia, under penalty of arrest.
“There should be no images of the trial or their displacement, even by third parties, under penalty of fine and immediate conversion to prison,” says the minister.
