The Ministry of Opened bid to hire a company to operationalize the, which receives complaints related to the area, but maintains the value confidential.
The announcement provides that the budget will be confidential and will not be disclosed before defining the result of the judgment of the proposals. Technicians who followed the initial phase of the process say that the value can range between $ 60 million and $ 80 million.
The process seeks to select a company for telephone, internet and message applications from Dial 100 complaints. The value should bear with physical installations, information technology infrastructure, equipment, applications and basic software, management of receptive and active, human and automated care, among other items.
Last year, this bid was placed under suspicion by former Minister Human Rights Silvio Almeida, who blamed it for the process that led to his dismissal, after accusations of sexual harassment.
He accused the organization of trying to intervene in the process. The entity denied involvement.
Sought, the ministry stated that the estimated amount for hiring the service was kept confidential “in order to increase competitiveness among bidding participants and thus guarantee more advantageous proposals for the public administration.”
The folder states that the decision is supported by law that authorizes, by justification, the non-discretion of the estimated budget. “It is noteworthy, however, that all the necessary information and quantitative information are available for the formulation of the proposals, as determined by the legislation.”
