Bread pudding with herbs

Then take a larger bowl and shake 5 eggs. Then whisk. Then add whole milk, cream, salt, pepper and fresh herbs of your choice to the eggs. Stir all the ingredients until it is nice. Then move to the grater and grate the cheese. It is ideal to use chedar, but if you prefer Gouda, Swiss cheese or Gruyere, you can also use these types. It’s up to you. Grate about 1.5 cup and then add the cheese to the mixture in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Finally, add the grated cubes of old pastry and stir so that each cube is properly immersed in the mixture. Leave to rest for a while.
Easy, fast and without wasting
While the bread pudding will rest, preheat the oven at 190 degrees Celsius, for about 30 minutes. Then pour evenly the bread mixture into a pre -greased baking dish. Grate half a cup of your preferred cheese again and sprinkle it with a bread puddle. Place in the oven and bake for 40-50 minutes.
