Grilled mushrooms This is a great choice and not only when you want to save on a picnic. They are certainly cheaper than grilled meats, so serving them will not strain the home budget. In addition, they are simply delicious, so make them, even when you do not worry about finances. In this recipe Mushrooms are stuffed with delicate mozzarella cheese and grated zucchini. Thanks to these ingredients, they come out very juicy. Chorizo sausage adds the most tastecharacterized by a clear, spicy note. Guests will definitely be interested in such a grilled dish and ask for a recipe.
Ingredients:
- 6 large mushrooms,
- 90 g chorizo sausage,
- Little zucchini,
- mozzarella ball (packaging),
- Salt and pepper,
- chives.
Method of performance:
1) Wash zucchini. Grate her and then mozzarella on thick grater.
2) Take your feet off the mushrooms and grate them on thick grater. Leave hats.
3) Chopa chorizo chop very finely. In a bowl, combine chopped sausage, zucchini, mozzarella and mushroom legs. Season with salt and pepper.
4) Sprinkle hats with salt in the middle. Hope with stuffing mushrooms.
5) Grill on low heat and on the aluminum tray until the vegetable (preferably under cover). Avoid direct contact of vegetables with a flame, because they will burn quickly.
