Three men were arrested by the Acre Civil Police (PCAC) last Tuesday (22), in Tarauacá, suspected of involvement with a criminal faction and participation in a case of torture. The action was triggered by the municipality’s general police station after the entry of a police report and the confirmation that one of the victims was admitted to the Dr. Sansão Gomes Hospital.
According to the investigation, the victim reported to the police team that was violently assaulted and tortured at dawn. One of the suspects, she said, carried a .38 caliber revolver at the time of the crime.

Based on the information passed on by the victim, civil police officers began steps and were able to locate the three suspects. He even broke his cell phone in an attempt to destroy evidence that could turn it on to this or other crimes. Even after resisting prison and ignoring stop orders, the suspect was contained.

After the capture, the three detainees were taken to the city police station, where the legal proceedings were adopted. They continue to the disposal of justice.
