Crunchy chicken morsels It’s soft and juicy chicken fillets in crunchy and expressive coating. You can prepare them for lunch or dinner. They are also great as a snack for guests for all events. Serve them with your favorite cold or warm sauce. They come in so good that they will definitely disappear from the plates in a flash. If you want to serve them as a main course, be sure to prepare fries or potatoes from the oven, and a light salad.
To prepare this recipe, you will need:
- 500 g of chicken fillets (there may also be bone without bone),
- 2 large eggs,
- 100 g of wheat flour,
- 50 ml of milk,
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise,
- half a teaspoon of ground sweet pepper,
- half a teaspoon of granulated garlic,
- half a teaspoon of ground hot pepper,
- salt and pepper to taste,
- breadcrumbs for coating,
- Rapeseed oil for frying.
Cut the meat into smaller parts, preferably one that is easy to take into your hand and eat immediately. In a bowl, beat the eggs with milk and mayonnaise. Add flour and spices: sweet, hot peppers, granulated garlic, salt and pepper. Mix exactly until a smooth, thick pancake dough. If it is too rare, add the flour.
Put the chicken pieces in the prepared dough and coat thoroughly. Cover the bowl and put in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
After removing from the fridge, coat each piece of chicken in breadcrumbs, lightly pressing so that the coating adheres well. Heat the oil in a frying pan – it should be enough to make the morsels fry freely.
Fry on medium heat on both sides until golden and crunchy. Drain on a paper towel.
