If Glauber’s request is rejected, the final word is up to the House Plenary, in a nominal and open vote. Cassation occurs with the support of at least 257 of the 513 deputies. With the 60 -day break promise, however, this vote is at least for the second half due to the mid -year recess.

After the CCJ analyzes the case of Glauber, the next theme should be the vote, in the coming days, of the request for suspension of the criminal action against the Federal Deputy (-RJ) in the case of.

The decision generated contradiction among governors, who see in the processing of this matter possibility of the opposition to work to benefit the former president (PL).

Behind the scenes, government -aligned parliamentarians (PT) say that the proposal should divide the House between oppositionists and governors and tend to represent a thermometer of the house’s adhesion to those involved in the attacks of January 8, 2023 and may extend to Bolsonaro.
