The Federal District Civil Police (PCDF) seeks to identify the author of the rape to an 11-year-old girl on November 18 last year, in the event that was released on Wednesday (23).
The crime occurred around 12:40 pm that day, when the child was returning from the Center for Early Childhood Education (CEI) of Structural, DF administrative region.
According to the victim’s report, the man was bicycle and passed it twice, while the street was bustling. Realizing that the circulation of people diminished, he turned and went towards the child and ran his hand through his private parts.
The crime was recorded in a security camera installed in a house on the street, but the poor quality of the images prevented the perpetrator from being identified.
