Grilled vegetable pouches. Easy to do, juicy and cheap

You don’t want to limit yourself to meat dishes while grilling? Prepare aromatic vegetable pouch. Its biggest advantage is that You can add your favorite ingredients to it. The pouch is also a budget solution – Add vegetables to it that are on the promotion. Thanks to this you will save a bit and it will still be delicious. Most often, potatoes, mushrooms, onions and zucchini go to the foilbut we also added peppers and tomatoes to make it more colorful and juicy. Nothing prevents you from adding more fancy vegetables, like chopped sweet potatoes, fragments of baby corn (minicucurines), cauliflower or asparagus beans. If you serve them to the main course, you can even add slices of sausagethat will taste carnivores. Grilled vegetable pouches leave a lot to show off and many different combinations to test. Just remember to season the ingredients well.

Ingredients:

  • 4 potatoes,
  • red pepper,
  • 3-4 mushrooms,
  • half red onion,
  • half a small zucchini,
  • a few cherry tomatoes,
  • 50 g of blue cheese,
  • butter,
  • oregano,
  • Sun.

Method of performance:

1) Wash peppers, zucchini and tomatoes. Peel potatoes, onions and mushrooms.

2) Cut potatoes, peppers, zucchini and cheese into cubes. Cut the mushrooms into thick slices, onions – into quarters, and the tomatoes cut in half.

3) Transfer all ingredients to a deep bowl. Season with salt and oregano, mix (so that each ingredient is seasoned).

4) Prepare a piece of aluminum foil and put it in a small bowl. Pour the seasoned vegetables with cheese in inside (not too much, so as not to break the foil from the weight). Put the butter on top, pour a little oil. Call the edges of the foil and collapse, creating a pouch.

5) Transfer to a preheated grill and bake up to 40 minutes (you can check after half an hour if the vegetables have already softened – especially potatoes). Be careful when opening the pouches – they are a really hot pair.
