The Federal Supreme Court (STF) set the trial of federal deputy Carla Zambelli (PL-SP) and hacker Walter Delgatti on May 9, accused of invading the electronic system of the National Council of Justice (CNJ) in 2023.
The trial will be held between May 9 and 16, through the Virtual Plenary of the First Class of the Supreme Court. Ministers must decide whether the defendants will be convicted or acquitted.
According to the complaint of the Attorney General’s Office (PGR), Zambelli would have been the intellectual author of the invasion, with the purpose of inserting false documents into the organ’s system, as an arrest warrant against Minister Alexandre de Moraes, of the Supreme Court.
