Austrian HR departments use AI – also for delicate areas

Around two thirds of the HR departments in Austrian companies with more than 50 employees already use artificial intelligence (AI)-this emerges from a survey with 701 department heads, which was carried out by the Market Institute on behalf of the RTR of the RTR from November to December 2024. Set up in the spring of 2024, the service point is to serve as an Austrian contact person and information hub and help implement the European AI Act, which regulates the use of AI in the EU.
