This part of the meat is extremely versatile and can be prepared in many ways, but you can easily overdo it. For preparation perfect pork neck marinade You will need:
- 1 teaspoon of granulated garlic,
- 1 tablespoon of dried thyme,
- 2 teaspoons of lemon juice,
- 2 tablespoons of honey,
- 2 tablespoons of mustard,
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil,
- 8 pork neck slices.
This combinations give the perfect balance between mustard sharpness and sweetness of honey, and in addition, garlic and thyme are pleasantly felt. Everything is ready? We get to work!

Add your favorite mustard – It can be sharp (e.g. Sarepska) or milder (e.g. delicatessen), the choice is yours. Add olive oil.
