The FBI has arrested a Judge of the State of Milwaukee accused of obstructing the arrest of an irregular migrant last week, as announced by the FBI director, Kash Patel, in a message later erased in his account of the social network X but confirmed by security sources to the local newspaper ‘Milwaukee Journal Sentinel’. This is the first time that the US Department of Justice stops a member of the judiciary under the presumption of interfering with the new White House Migration Doctrine.

In his message, Patel announced the arrest of Judge Hannah Dugan for “obstruction charges” after finding evidence that the magistrate interfered in “an operation of migratory arrest” by “intentionally diverting” the agents who were going to stop a migrant without papers identified as Eduardo Flores Ruiz. The judge’s obstruction prevented a first attempt to arrest Flores Ruiz, which was later arrested after a persecution on foot. “The judge’s obstruction increased the danger to the public,” Patel said in his deleted message.

However, the spokesman for the United States Sheriff Service in Washington DC, Brady McCarron has confirmed the ‘Milwaukee Journal Sentinel’ that the judge was arrested around 08.00 in the Milwaukee County Court and is in federal custody.
