Commentators José Eduardo Cardozo and Caio Coppolla discussed, this Thursday (24), in The Great Debate (Monday to Friday, at 11pm), if the LIVE is justified to summon former President Jair Bolsonaro (PL) in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).

The Federal Supreme Court (STF) said, by note, that the participation of former President Jair Bolsonaro (PL) in a live broadcast on April 22.

During the subpoena, Bolsonaro stated that the STF’s attitude is “lack of common sense.”

Cardozo understands that the former president was not in a serious health.

“There was no invasion, no one enters an ICU without permission of the hospital itself, there was a situation that gave prior assessment that Jair Bolsonaro could receive the quote, because he made a live dialoguing with clearance, as he recorded with clearance, lucidity,” he said.

“He was in a state that allowed him perfectly even to argue with the bailiff. Who saw the video sees him asking who authorized, so that the poor bailiff said Alexandre de Moraes, because he wanted to produce the political fact,” he continued.

For Coppolla, Bolsonaro’s quote and subpoena is illegal.

“Is Jair Bolsonaro’s health? Let’s see: he is a 70 -year -old man who is hospitalized on a ICU bed, being fueled by a nasogastric probe, while recovering from invasive surgery in his viscera, due to chronic health problems arising from an attempted murder to
stabs, ”he said.

“In the opinion of anyone in common sense, this picture shows that the patient is sick and in serious condition, which would make his quote or subpoena impossible,” he concluded.
