According to the DF Star Hospital, the former president undergoes treatment to control alterations in the liver
The former president (PL) is “Clinically stable, without fever or change in blood pressure”according to a medical report released on Saturday (26.br.2025) by the DF Star Hospital in Brasilia, where the former chief executive is hospitalized in the ICU (Intensive Care Unit). Read A (PDF – 2 MB).
Bolsonaro was admitted to Brasilia on April 13 and the same day underwent surgery to reconstruct the abdominal wall. It was the one related to in 2018, during the presidential campaign.
The former president has no forecast of discharge and the restriction for visits is still valid.
“Following is the treatment to control the alterations of liver laboratory tests, which is recovering. Signs of gastroparesis (stomach emptying) persist and has not yet shown spontaneous intestinal movements, which momentarily prevents oral feed or gastric probe.”says the new medical bulletin.
