A high school student in Nantes, who had stabilized four people on Thursday, described his acquaintances as the loner of the admiring Nazi leader Adolf Hitler, The French prosecutor’s office said on Friday. According to Reuters and DPA reports, TASR writes about it.
The attack happened on Thursday at a private Catholic high school in Nantes, southernly. A 15-year-old girl died in the incident and three other students suffered injuries. The reason for the attack is not yet known. On Thursday, the attacker was admitted to a psychiatric hospital.
Prosecutor Antoine Leroy claims that a 16-year-old has participated in the lesson on the day of the attack as usual. Around lunch, however, he went to put on the school toilets mask and the bags pulled the hunting knife. He then returned to the classroom, where he fatally stabbed 57 shots of a girl, with whom he allegedly had a positive relationship with a single classmate. The teenager then moved to the second class and accidentally attacked students.
The attack was stopped by a school IT worker who struck the young man’s chair and defeated him until the police arrived. According to Leroy, the teenager has had no problem with the law yet. His mother, however, reportedly seemed to seek help for the growing social isolation of her son, who even participated in six sessions in the consultation center.
In the past, the school management expressed concern about Adolf Hitler’s young man’s admiration, which in early April required a school management meeting with the teenager’s mother.
