Well, you can’t choose the weather – otherwise the choice would have liked another option. But the location does. That’s why Karl Mahrer decided to go home. Not necessarily political-the district of Landstraße, where the ÖVP election campaign for the Vienna election takes place today, is firmly in red. But in the bourgeois Grätzl around the Rochusmarkt, Mahrer has his place of residence. And he knows some of the standers well.
